A terminal-based project for working with Google Cloud Platform resources through a focused, keyboard-driven interface.
View repositoryI’m Santhana Krishnan, a software developer with 5+ years of experience building educational software and developer tools. I’m pursuing forward deployed engineering roles where I can get close to user workflows, connect systems, and turn real needs into working software.

View repositoryA terminal user interface project centered on making datastore workflows easier to inspect and operate from the command line.
View repositoryA search project for Japanese language content, designed to make relevant information easier to find.
View repositoryA developer tool focused on working with HTTP requests and API workflows.
View repositoryAt IIT Madras, I contribute to an educational portal and administrative workflows while teaching computational thinking, Python, system commands, and data structures and algorithms. That work asks me to move between building software and helping people understand technical ideas.
I’m drawn to forward deployed engineering because it brings those parts together: learn how people actually work, find the useful technical path through the constraints, and build something that fits their environment.
Ask clear questions, understand the constraints, and define what a useful outcome looks like.
Use the right mix of code and integration to solve the immediate problem without adding needless complexity.
Make the solution understandable, gather feedback, and carry what you learn into the next iteration.
Contribute to an educational portal and administrative workflows. Teach computational thinking, Python, system commands, and data structures and algorithms; analyze student performance to understand learning needs. Use Python, Bash, and Git, with exposure to Google Cloud App Engine, Firebase, and Compute.
Performed structural, modal, and harmonic finite element analysis in ANSYS, following ARAI-048 standards.
Software development, workflow support, and technical teaching at IIT Madras since 2021, alongside an earlier engineering analysis background.
